Description:
Enjoy a peaceful half-day river experience just 25 minutes from La Fortuna. Float along the Peñas Blancas River for approximately 10 km while spotting sloths, monkeys, toucans, crocodiles, iguanas, turtles, and a variety of tropical birds. The experience concludes with a traditional Costa Rican snack at a local home and a brief chocolate and sugarcane presentation with tastings.
